BALLET
Ballet is the foundation of all dance styles with classes focusing on gracefulness & discipline, improving strength and flexibility all in a supportive environment.
Elementary students require a minimum of 2 ballet classes each week which are part of our Ballet Package. As we prepare students for pointe work in the senior levels this gives us times to focus on building strength and stamina needed for safe dance practices.
Senior students require 2 ballet classes and 1 Pointe class each week which are part of the Ballet Package. As we progress into pointe work this gives us time to focus on maintaining the strength and stamina needed for safe dance practices.
